The hotel is open 24/7. Check-in is self-service and is available from 4 pm, and check-out must be done before 11 am. However, a luggage storage facility is available until 4pm for customers arriving earlier

If you wish to book a late check-out in advance, we will ask you for the amount of one night because we will not be able to rent the room again. If this question arises during your stay, please contact the reception.

No, La Grenette hotel is entirely non-smoking.

We have a baby bed for children under two years old. Beyond that, the child will stay in a regular bed. Please contact the hotel for any requests regarding a baby bed.
